What is the minimum order quantity?
Most custom sock programs start from 500-1,000 pairs depending on sock type, colors, yarn, and packaging requirements.
How long does sampling take?
Typical sample lead time is 7-10 days after artwork, yarn direction, and logo technique are confirmed.
Can you make private label packaging?
Yes. We support hangtags, belly bands, paper sleeves, gift boxes, barcode labels, polybags, carton labels, and insert cards.
Which materials can we choose?
Common options include combed cotton, bamboo fiber, merino wool, nylon, polyester, acrylic, and spandex blends. Certified yarns can be arranged when available.
Can you match Pantone colors?
Yes. Pantone matching is available for yarn dyeing, packaging print, and brand color references. Exact matching depends on yarn type and dyeing limitations.
Can we send our logo or tech pack?
Yes. Send AI, PDF, PNG, PSD, or reference images by email or WhatsApp. We can help convert the concept into a knit-ready mockup.
How is bulk production inspected?
Production normally includes material checks, in-line inspection, size and color review, loose-thread checks, packaging checks, and final carton inspection.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders can ship by express, air, sea, or your appointed forwarder. We can provide carton details for freight estimates.
