Sample approval controls the order

Inline checks catch issues early

During production, inline inspection focuses on knitting defects, color consistency, logo position, toe linking, sizing, and packaging preparation. Early correction is much cheaper than rework after final packing.

• Toe linking comfort, heel position, cuff stretch, and pair matching

Final review prepares the shipment

Before shipment, final checks should cover appearance, measurement, quantity, carton marks, packing list, and buyer-specific documents. This keeps the delivery process predictable for importers and retailers.
